The incomplete bar graph below shows the colour of the vehicles in a car park.
If there are 24 vehicles in the car park, how many of the vehicles are blue?
Answer
6 cars are blue
Explanation
Red 7
Grey – 3
White – 8
Therefore the total cars other than blue is 7+3+8 = 18
The total number of cars is 24 therefore subtract the two numbers to find out how many blue cars
24-18=6
