Jess’ Jewellery – A Young Entrepreneur

We went to check out the Home School Association of Trinidad And Tobago’s Curriculum Day yesterday in Maraval.  While there we were extremely fortunate to meet eight year old Jess of Jess’ Jewellery.  She didn’t have to say too much to get me to purchase three pieces of the jewellery she made using recycled Carnival costumes.  She was extremely confident and eloquent while making her pitch. She assured me that she washed the pieces before assembling them into this beautiful work.  I was extremely impressed with this young entrepreneur.
