WeInnovate Summer Bootcamp 2022
The Wepala Innovation Centre is a place where children are inspired to be tomorrows engineers and software developers. In fact, Wepala Ltd (the parent company) is a local software development company with clients all over the world. They see technology as a great equaliser and getting children into coding at a young age can offer them a huge advantage to whatever they want to accomplish in the future.
The Centre is most noted for its accomplishments in international robotics competitions hosted by the First Lego League and have represented Trinidad and Tobago in international competition.
All courses are aligned to CSTA standards which govern how computer science should be taught to younger students and they cater for students as young as 5 years old. Parental supervision is recommended for 5-6 year-old coders and all classes are limited to 15 students to ensure each student gets the required attention.
