Rate this post

With end of year exams around the corner, many of our secondary schoolers are experiencing anxiety when it comes to preparing for their end of term exams. Over and over again, we tell them to “go and study.” We expect that they know what to do to prepare for exams. And yet, rarely, if ever, are they given instruction in how to study and prepare which only compounds their stress. It’s time for some COOL HACKS for EXAM PREPARATION!In one THREE HOUR workshop session or two NINETY MINUTE sessions with Princeton- and Yale University-trained educator and Bright Antilles founder, Dr Danielle Elliott, students will receive instruction in key areas that help them better organise their academic material, develop effective study skills, prepare for exams in a way that reduces the stress of the whole experience. We will hack a few best practices that help develop skills in these areas AND support them in managing the stress of high school life.[Ideal for Forms 1-3]
